Intern
Primary responsibilities include researching technology
companies and sectors, compiling spreadsheets and graphs,
managing databases, identifying key company contacts,
and evaluating strategic synergies between our clients
and prospective buyers/sellers. Our Intern will use
our internal databases, subscription-based databases,
the Internet and other information sources to acquire
market and financial information. The best candidate
will possess excellent computer skills, database management
skills, and a thorough understanding of the Internet.
Analyst
Primary responsibilities include conducting company
and industry research, analyzing corporate financials,
researching industry trends, preparing spreadsheets
and graphs for executives and Clients, and analyzing
corporate compatibility between our Client and its potential
Acquiror/Seller. Our Analysts use our internal databases,
subscription-based databases, the Internet and other
information sources to acquire market and financial
information. Analysts will also assist in maintaining
financial data relating to client transactions. The
best candidate will possess an understanding of financial
analysis and research, strong analytical skills, and
technology savvy.
