Ellis is a founder and Managing Partner of DecisionPoint
International. Ellis has over 20 years of experience
in investment banking and technology. Prior to founding
DecisionPoint he was Managing Director and head of global
M&A for a boutique investment banking firm. Ellis
also served in management roles with Lucent Technologies,
AT&T, and AMSCO Engineering Services. He has closed
transactions with companies such as CIENA, Pomeroy,
NIIT, and USinternetworking. Ellis currently serves
on various corporate boards and technology committees.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business /
Finance from Wake Forest University.

Nash is a founder and Managing Partner of DecisionPoint
International. Nash brings over 19 years of technology
investment banking and securities experience to DecisionPoint.
Prior to founding DecisionPoint, Nash was the Senior
Managing Director of technology M&A at an international
investment bank. Nash has focused his expertise on transactions,
domestic and international, in the IT Services, Communications
and Software sectors. Recent accomplishments include
deals with Agilysys, Sanmina, Xircom and SilverStream
Software. He is a member of various associations relating
to M&A and technology and is active in the technology
community. He has also been a guest lecturer for entrepreneurial/finance
classes regarding M&A and business valuations. Nash
holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest
University.

| Randy
Grigg is a Managing Director at DecisionPoint and manages
the firm’s Midwest office in St. Louis. Prior
to joining DecisionPoint, Grigg was Vice President of
Corporate Development for Edgewater Technology, Inc.,
a publicly-traded IT and business services firm. In
addition to overseeing joint venture and minority investment
opportunities, Grigg led all acquisition activity for
Edgewater, which purchased over 40 companies over a
three-year period. Transactions totaled $1.6 billion
in revenue and included the acquisition of a $250 million
publicly-traded UK firm, the purchase of a $80 million
privately-held US firm and the divestiture of a $630
million subsidiary. Previously, Grigg was Director of
Corporate Development for Koch Industries International,
a $40 billion energy company, where he oversaw acquisition
and investment opportunities in Asia for a major business
unit. He also served as an Assistant Vice President
for Bank of America, where he provided financing for
leveraged acquisitions. Grigg serves on the Board of
Directors of Consolidated Vendors, Inc. He has been
a guest lecturer on mergers and acquisitions at various
universities and serves on the College of Business Finance
Advisory Board at the University of Missouri. Grigg
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, summa
cum laude, from the University of Missouri, and a Masters
of Business Administration, high honors, from the J.L.
Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern
University.

Holbrook is a Managing Director at DecisionPoint and
manages the firm’s West Coast office. Based in
Orange County, CA, Holbrook is responsible for advising
active clients through the M&A transaction process.
With an extensive background in technology M&A,
Holbrook’s industry contacts and deal experience
proved crucial in the recent sale of Strata Group to
Spire Capital, Saratoga Systems to CDC Software and
MyITgroup to Visionary Integration Professionals. Holbrook
joined DecisionPoint in 1999 from a technology investment
banking firm, where he served technology-related M&A
clients for five years. During his investment banking
tenure, Holbrook has cultivated successful engagements
and transactions with client’s such as Ericsson,
CSC, Perficient, Emtec, ITresources, PSSI and Visionary
Integration Professionals. Holbrook holds a BS in Business
from Roger Williams University and a Masters of Business
Administration from the McColl School of Business.
