Toronto and Ottawa, ON, March 22, 2010; CSDC Systems Inc., a leading supplier of business process automation software for governments, today announced the acquisition of Grantium Inc., the leading provider of Enterprise Grants Management (EGM) software solutions for government.

 

Headquartered in Ottawa, Grantium designs, develops and delivers its flagship commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software product, G3TM which is used around the world to enable federal, state/provincial, and municipal agencies, as well as not for profit organizations, to respond to increasing demands for automated, streamlined and fully web-enabled grant program management. The addition of Grantium's portfolio aligns with CSDC's mission to provide government agencies with industry leading solutions.
