As of June 28, 2007, Warnex Diagnostics, Inc. was acquired by AES Laboratoire Groupe S.A. Warnex Diagnostics, Inc. markets and sells rapid pathogen detection system in Canada. Its system allows for the simultaneous detection of multiple pathogens and processing of samples. Warnex Diagnostics, Inc.'s system is used to detect pathogens, such as E. coli O157:H7, Salmonella, Listeria, and Campylobacter directly in foods or in the processing plant environment. The company was founded in 2002 and is based in Laval, Canada.
