Charlotte, NC; March 24, 2009 — DecisionPoint International, a global leader in M&A advisory services for middle-market technology clients, announced today that its client, Apex IT (“Apex IT” or “Company”) has been acquired by NGI Capital (“NGI”). Apex IT is a full service Oracle consultancy focusing exclusively on supporting the core systems within the Oracle Corporation family of CRM and ERP applications, including systems integration and implementation services, upgrade solutions, implementation planning solutions, and managed services. As an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner, Apex IT has a strong market presence, long standing customer relationships, plus technical and service capabilities. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

This deal marks the 12th systems integration deal that DecisionPoint has advised on in the last 25 months.
