Charlotte, NC; October 23, 2007 - DecisionPoint International (“DecisionPoint”), a boutique investment bank providing merger and acquisition services to middle-market services and technology clients, announced today that its client, Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD), a specialist leadership and management training consultancy headquartered in London, has been acquired by Capital H Group, a rapidly expanding consulting firm headquartered in Chicago. The acquisition of CHPD is an important first step into global expansion for Capital H Group.

John Nash, Managing Partner at DecisionPoint, commented: “These two companies are equally impressive and will complement each other well with their service offerings. They will achieve great things together moving forward.”

Through the acquisition, Capital H Group will be able to offer clients a rigorous and validated methodology to help develop corporate leaders drive better performance. CHPD, in turn, will be able to offer its clients a complementary portfolio of talent-related services – including change management, workforce planning, performance management and HR process improvement – that Capital H Group offers.

Julia Payne, chief executive of CHPD, said: “Being part of Capital H Group gives us access to new products and new markets which will help us grow the business and service our clients even more effectively. Our expertise and research has focused on the area of leadership development and management training, from first line manager up to CEO. With Capital H Group, the potential for both geographic and product expansion is very exciting.”

“We are very excited about our future together,” said Greg Silich, Chief Operating Officer of Capital H Group. “CHPD has an excellent reputation and a stellar client list of over 100 organizations worldwide. Their database of more than 10,000 leadership profiles is recognized as one of the foremost benchmarking tools for developing future leaders. Most organizations today recognize that effective leadership is absolutely critical to their success, so the market opportunity for leadership development services is huge.”

Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. CHPD will continue to operate under its name as a division of Capital H Group in the UK. Efforts to broadly introduce CHPD’s offerings in the U.S. are slated for next year.
