Charlotte, NC; January 17, 2012 — DecisionPoint, a leader in M&A advisory services for middle-market technology companies, announced today that its client, a contact center software developer and systems integrator focused on customer interaction systems, has been acquired by a telecommunications integrator that provides communications systems, applications, and support services with offices nationwide. DecisionPoint’s client provides software solutions and integration services that make it possible for contact centers to deliver and manage communications with clients over the phone (agent assisted service and IVR self-service), email, fax, the web, SMS and social media.
