Charlotte, NC; February 3, 2005 - DecisionPoint International, a boutique Investment Bank providing merger and acquisition services to middle-market technology clients, announced today that its client, eBuilt, Inc. (“eBuilt” or “Company”), a Southern California company which designs and builds enterprise applications for entertainment, media, financial services and other industries, has been acquired by US Technology Resources, LLC (“US Technology”), a California-based, global information technology and BPO services provider employing a unique “hybrid” global sourcing and delivery model.

Founded in 1999 and located in Costa Mesa, Calif., eBuilt provides custom development and integration services for Fortune 1000 customers, building reliable, robust, and scalable mission-critical business applications.

eBuilt boasts an impressive client list and is considered one of Southern California’s leading information technology companies. Earlier this year, it was recognized as a Rising Star by Deloitte & Touche in its annual Technology Fast 50 program for Orange County.

“eBuilt has core strengths in software and system architecture, which made it an excellent match with US Technology’s growing business offerings,” said Dan Gupta, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of US Technology. “US Technology’s hybrid model utilizes high-end, US-based architects, project managers and business analysts. The acquisition of eBuilt provides US Technology with additional bandwidth to expand our client base as well as increase business with existing clients.”

“We have seen explosive growth of our business and greater acceptance of our unique hybrid global sourcing and delivery model in the marketplace,” Gupta added. “The acquisition of eBuilt will further help us expand our service offerings and leverage eBuilt’s deep architectural and business analysis skills for our existing and new customers.”

“eBuilt and all of its employees are very excited to be joining a dynamic and customer-centric company like US Technology,” said Mike Dewey, Chief Executive Officer of eBuilt. “We look forward to leveraging US Technology’s broad range of services to enhance the offerings to our existing customers, and to use our experience to achieve accelerated growth for US Technology’s clients.”
