(“ITresources”), a total technology provider that partners with its clients to provide high quality, cost-effective and timely solutions, has completed the acquisition AniWorld, Inc. (“AniWorld”), a Southern California-based privately held IT software development and application integration company specializing in .NET development. Headquartered in Pasadena, California, AniWorld has been in business for 10 years.
