(“NuTech” or “Company”), a provider of advanced predictive analytics and optimization solutions, has been acquired by Netezza Corporation (NYSE Arca: NZ, “Netezza”), a data warehouse appliance leader. This acquisition will extend Netezza’s capabilities in advanced analytics by giving Netezza greater intellectual property and expertise in this rapidly growing field. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
